Transition Time with Treat Bags

I am working on several ideas as we move away from Valentine cards, but I do have one more idea—treat bags.  However, I do want to remind you the Bloomin Love and the coordinating framelit is going to be great for wedding and anniversary cards.  Tomorrow I will have a WOW Wednesday video that will give you a technique.

As I work on new ideas,  I thought some of you might want to make some treat bags for Valentines.  So I thought I would give you a refresher on making Stampin’ Up! Treat Bags.   Stampin’ Up! have such great videos!

I created this Stampin’ Up! Valentine Treat Bag in less than 15 minutes.  I think it is super cute and of course easy which is what we all are looking.

Simply Marvelous

I just returned from Phoenix where a Stampin’ Up! team building conference was held.   It is great to have these small get together with fellow stampers.  You learn so much and share ideas.  We even swapped cards which gave me even more ideas.  If you would like to be part of people who enjoy stamping then checkout under Rose Buds, you will find a tab that says “Ultimate Bundle.”  Then you too can have fun like us who by the way came from all over the United States plus one lady arranged her stateside vacation.  She was from Germany.  And no you don’t have to travel to enjoy the community of stampers.  You can enjoy them on the internet and join classes in your community.   I will be offering classes coming up.

Now onto stampin which is what we all love to do! Right?  With Valentine’s Day coming up, I thought I would carry that theme.  So I decided to use the notecards I received as a gift for attending the conference.  This makes making a card super simple.  Yippee!  Cut the paper (oh, yes need to choose the paper- that is a tough choice) and punch the hearts. I added to it with making the delicate heart from Bloomin Heart Thinlits and cutting it to fit in one of the heart that was punched out.  I think it adds to it.  What do you think?
