I have found everyone loves the Geared Up Garage stamp set.  There seems to be a favorite card that I created.  It is not my favorite nor the one I expected. Go figure.  So I am going to show first the public’s favorite that has sold out in Etsy and at my craft shows.  Then I will show my favorite one.

Shall We Start the Engines

I have switched gears on the cards to end the season.  I have a couple of terrific masculine cards using Geared Up Garage. Today I thought an easy card would be using just using the gears for a perfect male birthday card. I sponged the gears a little with Smoky Slate. Then Wednesday I will reveal the top seller of masculine cards on Etsy and my craft show. Both cards are easy to recreate.

Are you dashing here and there?  Maybe it is time to slow the pace down for a few minutes.  It will help you d stress a little by doing a little coloring.  Stampin’ Up! Country Home stamp set is the perfect one for some simple coloring. You will be able to use this for just about any occasion.  I left mine blank until I decide what occasion I want to use it for. Consider making a set of these as notecards and give as a gift.

The background ground image was simply embossed with the Tin Tile 3 D Embossing Folder with Old Olive card stock and sponged with some gold ink.  Note there two layers of embossing with this card. A large piece and a smaller piece which was done in Bermuda Bay.
