We all love quick and easy cards. I have the perfect quick and easy card for you. Best of all it is a card fold video. After all, it is Friday.   This card will work with any Designer Series Paper and just about any stamp.  Are you ready to see it?

 

Measurements:

  • Cardstock 4 1/4″ x 5 1/2″, 4″ x 5 1/4″, 3 1/2 x 4″
  • Designer Series Paper 3″ x 4″  2 pieces (score at 1″ from the top on one and the bottom on the other))
  • Tear and Tape
  • Die Cutting Machine
  • Stitched Nested Labels 3rd from the largest
  • Paper Trimmer

Look What I Just Got!

I think we all love our UPS driver when he delivers our Stampin’ Up! products.  See what he brought me a stamp set that I have been wanting.  I didn’t order on my first order and have been kicking myself ever since.  It is of course the Zany Zebras. They are adorable. Best of all it so easy to make a quick card.

Card #2

I simply stamped the zebras all over the Whisper White cardstock. Note there are two different zebra images I used.  One was used only once.  Now if you want you could fussy cut him out and put on dimensionals.  I chose not.

The next step is to color the zebra that was stamped only once. Then with my Black Marker, I colored his hoofs and went over the stripes to make them stand out.  I add some stars in Coastal Cabana and Bermuda Bay.  In the second which was colored with the new In Color Just Jade, I stamped stars in Bumble Bee. In both cases, the cardstock behind the Whisper White ties to the colors used on the Whisper White cardstock.

I don’t know which one I prefer. What do you think?  Please comment below this post. I know that the colors look close. The Bermuda Bay appears a little lighter in color as opposed to the Just Jade.
