Today is normally a card fold, but I decided to make a change. What Color Tool Do You Use?

Are you aware there are four different coloring tools from Stampin’ Up!? This post today is exploring the tools and the results in the coloring.  Each tool gives a different effect on our stamped image.

So now that you know, stop and think what effect do you want your image to have? Here is the color sheet I used.

Welcome to the Pals’ Blog Hop! We’re so glad you’re here because it’s “Time to Sale-A-Brate”! The focus is on Sale-a-bration products for January Blog hop.  When I saw the Lily Pad in the Sale-a-bration brochure I knew I had to have it. It is one you can get free with a $50 order for the stamp set and $100 will get you the framelit dies for the Lovely Lily Pad stamp set.

The reason I wanted it without question is at my old house we had a pond with a waterfall.  It had Lily Pads and Koi fish.  I would often see dragonflies fluttering around the pond outside my crafting room window. It was so soothing to hear the water.

The colors I am working with are Rococo Rose and Blushing Bride. I am waiting for my Occasions order to come in.  It has my Ink Refill for Petal Pink.  So I went with Blushing Bride and I think it came out quite pretty.  The dragonfly is supposed to be a leaf I think, but to me looks like a dragonfly. You decide for yourself.
