Big Shot Embossing Mats

 

I am finally able to shoot this video.  Yes, I know it is Friday, but with all the construction going on at my house it has been anything but quiet.  I knew you didn’t want to hear the pounding.  So today we are looking at the wonderful Embossing Mat that turns your dies into embossing.  It is so simple that anyone can do it.  In fact, I have found an easier way to do it. I am showing you two ways to use the Stampin’ Up! Embossing Mat.  One way allows to see what you are embossing.  Now you can use your dies two ways and stretch your creative.

 

Original Way from Stampin; Up! Starting with your bottom and work up.

Bringing Hearts Together

Don’t you love weddings when two hearts are united together? I think making wedding cards is one of my favorite choices for cardmaking.  It is such a joyful time.  You can make the cards as simple or complicated as you want.  Today’s card is simple, but gorgeous and it is all to do with Stampin’ Up’s new Designer Series Paper. Who Is Kicking Butt?

Do you know who in Iowa is kicking butt? In fact they are kicking butt all week.  The biker riders with Ragbrai.  It started on Sunday and goes all week.  These riders come from all over the United States and the world to ride across Iowa.  It is 468 miles and the route varies each year.  All of the towns come out to celebrate the riders.  So I thought this card would be perfect way to celebrate all the riders.

The new Stampin’ Up! stamp set called Enjoy Life is a great way to celebrate anyone regardless if they are a bike rider or not.  In fact, I created a kindness one that I posted on my Facebook page.  There are other words like miss you and thank you will be a great addition to your stamps.
