No Fuss and Out the Door

How many of you have discovered that you need a greeting card now?  With one stamp and some paper you can do it.  This card is less than 10 minutes from start to finish. Look at the picture below

DSC_0035I used the following Stampin’ Up! products

Crumb Cake cardstock 4 1/4″ x 5 1/2″  over the base

To tie with my print I used Blackberry Bliss cardstock over the Crumb Cake 4″ x 5 1/4″

Bohemian Print paper 3  3/4″ x 5″

Whisper White cardstock for banner which is 2 1/4″ x 3 1/4″.  You can cut it with the banner punch.  I free cut it.

Stamp with B.Y.O.P stamp set for the Thank so Much.  Stamp again  on another  piece of Whisper White cardstock and cut out the word so. Stamp in Delightful Dijon ( depending on your color).

Use the Bohemian Border for border part in same color as “so.”

Wrap with Linen Thread and adhere to card.

Special Note:  For a little over a week I have been without my 35mm camera.  It was sent in for repair because it would not focus.  It arrived back on Tuesday and the close up focus not working.  Thank goodness it was under extended warranty as I returned it to Best Buy. No one at Best Buy could figure out what the problem was so they gave me a new camera.  It is great to be back in business. I use a video camera for the video recording. Hence, I could continue doing videos. So now I am trying to catch up let alone trying to find normalcy.

Cloud Nine

I am on Cloud Nine because my Stampin’ Up! Holiday Catalogue order came in yesterday.  I waited so I could order anything from the new catalogue. So I want you to see what I ordered, but there was a small problem —– the end of the video. Stopped.  You basically missed my ending. Because you are so wonderful,  I am going to do a Part II and let you see the great Here is Part 1.

The Brick Wall Embossing Folder has my vote.  It is so versatile on the way you can decorate the wall. You can add flowers, vines, or like I did with words. This card used the following stamp sets:  Watercolor Words, Fabulous Four, Pictogram Punches, and Gorgeous Grunge.  The colors were Basic Gray, Cucumber Crisp, and Pacific Blue.  So let your imagination run wild and have some fun.

The next stop is Jennifer Michalski at Stamping Serenity , number 15  on the Pals Blog Hop!  Thanks for visiting; I hope to see you on next month’s Pals Hop!
