I am Pamela Sadler and  live in Des Moines, Iowa where outside activities are plentiful and opportunities a bound for crafters and artist to show their work.  I am single, but have a wonderful son and daughter-in-law who have blessed me with a grandson. He is 19 months old and a charmer. Being single has given me the opportunity to immerse in my passion making cards with an occasion memory keeper book. However, I do have outside interest such as golf, spending time with friends, traveling, and taking long walks on our wonderful trails.  Nature is a great way to inspire a person.

I have been designing greeting cards for about five years. This site is where you will learn how to make greeting cards and see new designs.   My other website: Cards Truly from the Heart  (http://cardstrulyfromtheheart.com/") is where I sell my cards.   Cards Truly from the Heart shows cards that I have created and made over the years.  Around the Des Moines area I am known as the Queen of Cards.  I love using  Stampin' Up! products and that is why I am a Stampin' Up Demonstrator.  I am growing my Stampin' Up business by hosting workshops, classes, and participating in craft shows.  At craft shows I demonstrate the art of card making and give people a chance to make a card.  I believe it is so much fun to send out a beautiful hand crafted greeting card.

A Stampin’ Up! workshop/class is a fun way to play with stamping and memory supplies like Project Life..  It’s  great way to learn about Stampin’ Up! products or learn about a new technique. Workshop/Class Types:

The Hostess Workshops are held in  your home or can be in my home.  This workshop helps you earn free products by the way of Hostess Dollars which can be used on any items in the catalog.  You will provide the guests a simple snack.  I am here to be your personal advisor, coach and friend.  There is no need to hunt for supplies or ideas.  I bring all the high quality Stampin’ Up! products. I will help you with the planning.  You are responsible for inviting the guest.  I suggest you call the guest one to two days in advance to remind them of the scheduled workshop. My job is help you have a fun and relax time.  My Stampin’ Up! workshop lasts two hours…. one hour for making projects and another hour for demonstrating and taking orders.  Remember to earn Hostess Dollars to must have a minum of $150 in orders.

Take Three Workshop:  This where three different stamping techniques are used.  A great way to learn new stamping techniques like bendabilities. This last up to an hour and half..  Everyone gets to try the techniques and make three cards. for $10.  I provide the supplies except adhesive.  Keep in mind this is a more detailed class.

Stamp A Stack:   This class is held in my home on a regular basis (check out my events).  Each guest will stamp a stack of cards.  I plan for each guest to stamp 10 cards for $20 with envelopes. I supply all the materials.  Cards are simple design to allow for a quick creation.  I allow 2 and 1/2  hours. If you do not finish in that time, you can take the material home (minus adhesive).  Sometimes I choose a theme like Halloween or Christmas.

Catalog Party:   This is an opportunity to share Stampin’ Up! catalog with family and friends and collect orders. This is perfect opportunity to showcase what you have been making with Stampin’ Up! products.  If you are starting as a demonstrator,  this is a perfect opportunity acquire sales.

Paper Pumpkin:   Bring your of paper pumpkin for fun and fellowship.  There is no charge for this gathering, but you must subscribe to a minimum 3 months of Paper Pumpkin. This workshop I hold in my home..  At this workshop we bring our own Paper Pumpkins and work on it.  It is a great social time, but you are accomplishing a project. The catalog is available to look for additional projects.  You can also order refills to Stampin’ Up! Paper Pumpkins. Plan on about 2 hours.

Monthly Stamp Gathering: Is where I have group come in to my home to stamp on a monthly basis.  In this workshop  you are not obligated for a time period.    I will choose the theme or products we will use on the first month.  After that, I am open to suggestions.  So we could do a specific stamp or several different stamps or look a technique. The cost is $15 or $25 in Stampin’ Up! products order.  Last about 2 and 1/2 hours.

Christmas Card Gathering:  We come together to make Christmas cards.  I will furnish the materials (you supply adhesive) I will choose the  Holiday stamps. We will make 3 cards for $10.  This will meet on a monthly basis all year.  By the time Christmas rolls around you will have a great collection of Christmas cards.

Stamp, Chat and Snack:  Each month I will have a theme for making cards. Ex. Birthday (August), Halloween.  We will make 3 cards for $10.  Come enjoy fellowship in doing what you love.. 

Special Workshop:  This is will be set aside for special projects. Ex. Halloween wreath. I will need to  know 15 days ahead of time if you want to attend.  You will need to place an order for the supplies.  This  will be a lot of fun!
