I have a treat for this time. This card is really different and it may take some practice on part of this card. It is not difficult, but rather more time consuming that others. However, I think it is worth the effort. So I kept this on the Beginner Level, but gave it a higher number. Remember You Can Do This. What I am going to do is give you a video on the Brayer Technique and the instructions will below it as a PDF. The video will be stored under Technique Videos.
Note Correction on video location. It is under tecniques.
How many of you have discovered that you need a greeting card now? With one stamp and some paper you can do it. This card is less than 10 minutes from start to finish. Look at the picture below
I used the following Stampin’ Up! products
Crumb Cake cardstock 4 1/4″ x 5 1/2″ over the base
To tie with my print I used Blackberry Bliss cardstock over the Crumb Cake 4″ x 5 1/4″
Bohemian Print paper 3 3/4″ x 5″
Whisper White cardstock for banner which is 2 1/4″ x 3 1/4″. You can cut it with the banner punch. I free cut it.
Stamp with B.Y.O.P stamp set for the Thank so Much. Stamp again on another piece of Whisper White cardstock and cut out the word so. Stamp in Delightful Dijon ( depending on your color).
Use the Bohemian Border for border part in same color as “so.”
Wrap with Linen Thread and adhere to card.
Special Note: For a little over a week I have been without my 35mm camera. It was sent in for repair because it would not focus. It arrived back on Tuesday and the close up focus not working. Thank goodness it was under extended warranty as I returned it to Best Buy. No one at Best Buy could figure out what the problem was so they gave me a new camera. It is great to be back in business. I use a video camera for the video recording. Hence, I could continue doing videos. So now I am trying to catch up let alone trying to find normalcy.
