Colorful Balloons Floating Your Way

Balloon Bash 002What is associated with birthdays?  If your answer is, birthday cake and candles your right, but there one more thing.  How about balloons. So today I am using a card with balloons.

This card uses Lullaby Designer paper and Rich Razzleberry paper.  Use Whisper white cardstock as your base with the Lullaby paper cut to 2 3/4″ x 5 1/2″ and the Rich Razzleberry paper 2″ x 5 1/2″. Adhere both together with the Lullaby paper on top.  Cut Whisper White  cardstock 2 1/2 x 5 1/2″.  Note:  I cut mine 1/4″ too short.  Stamp the balloons from Stampin’ Up! Balloon Bash on it.  See picture for order.  Attach a yellow ribbon around the bottom of it.  Then glue to your card base.  Stamp the HB from Balloon Bash in Rich Razzleberry Ink.  Cut out by hand.  Attach to card. I used all Stampin’ Up! products.

The Stampin’ Up! products are listed below to order click here http://pinkrose.stampinup.net

Success for the New Grad

Do you have someone graduating this year?  It is time to have the card ready for that special one that you want to wish success.  They have worked hard and deserve that congratulations. So here is a card for them.

Graduation Tips 003

It is so simple.  Use your standard card base with Whisper White cardstock cut 5 1/2″ x 8 1/2″ and folded to 4 1/4″ on the 8 1/2″ side. Add black cardstock cut to 4 1/4″ x 5 1/2″ and adhere to the card. Next you will emboss with the Stampin’ Up! Lucky Star embossing folder and adhere to the card.  Using your Big Shot with Starburst Framelit (next to the largest for black and the next one down use white cardstock).  Stamp the greeting with Stampin’ Up! B.Y.O.P stamp set.  Place this on your card.   Cut from the Stars framelit the small star.  Silver Glimmer Paper.  Attach a ribbon the black ribbon to the card.  Need a tip. Go to Hot Tips to see how to tie a the ribbon. Supplies will be listed below.  You can order just by clicking here  http://pinkrose.stampinup.net

Warm Thoughts Wiggling Your Way

April Stamp of the Month & Challenge

I have chosen Stampin’ Up Time to Celebrate as the April’s Stamp of the Month. I thought this card would be perfect for a friendly hello or change the greeting using Teeny Tiny Wishes. Cut Whisper White 5 ½” x 8 ½” and fold. Score at 4 ¼” this time to give you a different fold. It will flip from top. This is your base. Add a Real Red cardstock (4 ¼” x 5 ½”) to your base. Cut your Black to Black Designer paper (tulip pattern) 4” x 5 ¼” and place over the red paper. Stamp and punch out your flower from Beautiful Bunch using the Flower Punch. Lay aside. Cut a strip in the red cardstock 2” x 4” and adhere in the center of your card. Now cut a piece of Whisper White cardstock and stamp your worm from Time to Celebrate. Remember to allow room for your flower on the left side. Adhere this to your red strip. Add the flower with a glue dot in the center.   I have given all the supplies needed below to create this adorable card.
