Calendar Idea

Last night a group of us got together with our upline. It was great to learn new ideas. We made a calendar that my upline found. This idea came from Jeanie Stark.   So I thought I would share this as we start the new year.  This calendar would be perfect on someone’s desk.  It is simple and quick to make.  You can pick up the calendars at your local scrapbook store.  In fact, I will send you a FREE set if you  place a Stampin’ Up order with me.

Base:  A solid color of your choice

Focus:  Your decoration (in my case the balloon)

Tips

Instructions:  Solid card stock  4 1/4″ x 11″  and scored at 5 1/2″

Cut a piece of designer series paper 4″ x 5 1/4″ . Adhere to your solid card stock.

Cut a piece of contrasting solid to hold your calendar.  Mine is 2 1/2″ x 3 1/4″. Adhere your calendar.*

Base is 4 1/4″ x 5″ Scored at 1, 2 1/2″, 4″  Fold and adhere your solid piece.

Decorate

* Note my calendar is just pad with all the months. You could make a set for each month and tie that                                      month.

  1. I really like this idea as a thank you for the volunteers in my church. The paper and stamp are seasonless (if that is a word). Thanks for sharing.
