It Is Time to Hop

Welcome to the Stampin’ Pretty Pals’ Blog Hop!

This month, the theme is Create Your Own Background. We really hope that you will be inspired by all the amazing creations the Pals are sharing with you! As you hop from blog to blog, we would love for you to leave a comment. You will find the lineup at the end of my post to help you “hop” along from Pal to Pal.

Why not keep it simple? We are all busy this time of year.  I created a simple background by stamping the trees from Beauty of Friendship.  After all, the wolves hang out in the forest.

Next, it is simple to stamp the wolf from the Wildlife Wonder stamp set.  This set is so perfect with the choices of bear and owl. To set the wolf off I colored the background with a variety of colors using my Blend Brushes.

Change It Up

Time to change up our card.  It is still an A 2 card, but it is now a gatefold card. That is not all because I stepped it up inside of the card.  I used a Stitch of Whimsey die to make this birthday card a little fun.

The card is centered around the Best Butterflies. So I used the Build a Butterfly Die set and the beautiful Butterflies Kisses Designer Series Paper. Notice it does not require the Best Butterflies stamp set, but you will need the dies. So ordering the bundle is your best deal as you save 10% and get more use out of the dies. Here is the link to order the Best Butterflies Bundle  https://www.stampinup.com/products/best-butterflies-bundle-english

This card is so easy to create but does require the Cut and Emboss Machine. Do you have one? I love mine and would not be without it.

Don’t forget to check out my newsletter tomorrow for another idea using Stitched with Whimsey Die.  If you haven’t subscribed make sure you do.

I Am Back to Stamp

Well, I am back from a vacation break. Did you miss me?  I hope you didn’t forget about me.  I still love stamping, but we all need a break. I think it makes us more creative.  This break lasted a longer with the Fourth of July Holiday in there. I hope you had a good Fourth of July. My newsletter went out as normal. Now it is time for some stamping.

I used a stamp set out of the new 2022-2023 Annual Catalog and the Sale-a-bration brochure.  Remember you receive an item from Sale-a-bration brochure for every $50 you spend. Yes, you can choose from the Mini Catalog or Annual Catalog. It doesn’t matter. I chose the beautiful Rings of Love Designer Series Paper. It is such a pretty floral paper. You will notice I used two different bundles. Natural Prints Dies was because of the label that I chose for the greeting.

If you want it then place an order today.  You will receive a pack of the cards that I created. https://www.stampinup.com/products/sending-smiles-bundle-english
