Today is Technique Wednesday and we are looking at some Stampin’ Up! Tools. No not the Cut and Emboss Machine or Trimmer, but rather some that can create a background. Watch the video and see what I mean.

I have included a photo of a card that I created using the swipe technique. It is one of the easiest ones to use.

Today’s card is a simple one to create as it doesn’t use the Cut and Emboss Machine. The focus is strictly on the beautiful Designer Series Paper. Can you tell me what paper I chose?
