Creating cards can be so simple when you let the Designer Series Paper do the work. Stampin’ Up! provides us with the most beautiful Designer Series Paper that is perfect for the background. I used the New Horizons Designer Series Paper for the background. I think it speaks volumes with the Grassy Grove stamp set. In this case, I just used the dies. Look how simple it was to do.

If you don’t have either the regular Cut and Emboss Machine (149653) or Mini (150673), it may be time to order one. They both work the same way. So don’t be intimidated by it. Who Is Excited?

Like many of you, I had a very busy weekend. However, this weekend left me excited over stamping. Ronda had her Online Convention this weekend and I walked away with so many card ideas. Plus it was loaded with activities to share with you. So watch for upcoming events. However, I can tell you one lesson was on Streamyard which I really needed. I will be doing another Streamyard later this week. Watch for announcements.

This card came from the Online Convention. We had Mystery card making. If you don’t know what it is. Here is an example of one. It lists the requirements for it. Just follow them and use the stamp set of your choice. You can imagine how many different designs people came up with.

Here is what I created from these requirements. It was lots of fun doing it. This was not my first time as we did it with our team meeting last week. Why don’t you try it? Then email me your card image. I would love to see what you came up with. pamela@stampinpinkrose.com

My card used the beautiful New Horizons Designer Series Paper. This paper you can use as a background or as the main image. As you can see I used it as the background. My thoughts creating this was that the lady was curled up in front of a large picture window. If you are still trying to figure out the stamp set…. it is In the Moment which you will find in the Mini Catalog page 57.
