How To Create a Card?

Today is a question from a new stamper about how to put a card together.  She wanted to know where I start and how I build it.  Stampin’ Up! has helped us tremendously with coordinating the cardstock, ink, and Designer Series Paper.  The Designer Series list the colors in the paper. No guessing.
