I think everyone was jumping for joy when this stamp set appeared. Don’t worry Stampin’ Up! is continuing to give us more cute animals. Just want until January 4th when a new Sale-a-bration begins. You will see some in the next couple of weeks from me.

My plan is to review the Mini Catalog that is retiring at the end of December.  However, as I was digging for those posts I came across the Beauty of Friendship card post.  I decided to showcase this one because this card sold out at every craft show I did this Fall. So it definitely was the top seller.

I did this one as a Thinking of You card, but it is an all-around card.  So easy to make Birthday, Sympathy, and Thank You cards.

I know I said no more Christmas cards, but my daughter-in-law brought me the Arctic Bear stamp set and dies.  So I had to make one more Christmas card.  The Polar Bears are adorable.  There is a large bear and a small bear. I assume mother and cubs.

So I made these bears Christmas Bears with their Santa Hats.  Aren’t they adorable? Best of all it is easy to create a cute card. There is even a simple technique here.  Can you tell what it is?  It is the Multipurpose Glue.  I used it for falling snow.  Just add little drops of glue. Oh, I did more things. I used my Blending Brush on the Coastal Cabana cardstock with some Smoky Slate to break the color.  Then I added the snowdrops.  The greeting was stamped and embossed.

 

Notice the stamp set I used (Rustic Retreat) is retired.  You can use Encircled In Warmth stamp set. It is in the Mini Catalog.  It has “Warm Christmas Wishes.”
