Now that we are in December, have you picked out your tree, or are you an Artificial Tree person? I love the real trees, but with my Asthma that is impossible. So I have 3 Artificial Trees. I love decorating the house from top to bottom.

So today I am giving you one last Christmas card (maybe one more). This uses the Evergreen Elegance stamp set. This is in the Annual Catalog. Don’t forget to use an Embossing Folder for the background.

Creating

How is your creating going? Do have a list of who is getting your beautiful Christmas cards. I don’t know about you, but each of my Christmas cards is created with a person in mind. Each Christmas I receive a card from this person and their dog. I love receiving it, but I am a cat person. So I always send a cat card. This card today will be her Christmas card.

I just love the idea of cutting out the images from the Stampin’ Up! Designer Series Paper. It makes creating cards so easy. You need to check out the Sweet Stocking Designer Series Paper. However, don’t skip getting the stamp set bundle because you will find it perfect for you your other pet friends.

By the way, the greeting is from a retired stamp set. I wanted happy to tie to the inside sentiment.

There are a couple of reminders for you to mark your calendar. One is on Tuesday I will be announcing in my newsletter the December Online Class. It is the Peaceful Deer. The punch has been out of stock for some time and is finally in stock. I am announcing it early because the December Monthly newsletter will not go out until December 7th. It will have a shortened order period. Another announcement is the Stampin’ Up! Retirement List will be out on December 1st.

Today’s card has a technique element to it. Normally we emboss the cardstock only. This time we are embossing the Designer Series Paper and the cardstock at the same time. So adhere both together and emboss with the Tasteful Texture Embossing Folder. Notice I then added some Silver Ribbons. This ribbon is retired, so use some Gold Ribbon instead or whatever you like.
