Tonight is Halloween, What Is Next?

So tonight is Halloween and the next holiday is Thanksgiving.  However, the one that takes the greatest preparation is Christmas,  but I thought we would take a break and celebrate something everyone celebrates….. birthdays.  The Christmas cards can wait a day or two.  I discovered this beautiful stamp set and fell in love with it.  It is called Wishing You Well. You will find it in the Holiday catalog.  By the way, speaking of catalogs, you will be shortly getting previews of the new Occasions catalog.

I will get the privilege of seeing it ahead of the nondemonstrators.   That is one of the benefits of being a Stampin’ Up! Demonstrators.  Plus there are many other perks.   Have you thought about joining Stampin’ Up!?   Now the perfect time to join my team as we continue to grow and have fun.  Did you know in this day and age, it doesn’t matter where you are in the United States because you are just an email or click away? Here is a link to help you answer your questions and then just email for more answers or to join. https://www.stampinpinkrose.com/become-demonstrator-q Remember stamping is my passion!

Christmas Memories with the Tree

Last week I showed you a card I made with Farmhouse Christmas.  Soon it will be time to take the next step,  choosing that Christmas tree.  I trust you will make memories as you and your family choose that special tree.  I can only imagine those memories and as we have always had an artificial tree.   No, it is not my choice, but requirements from the doctor.    It seems the pine trees confined in the house sets my asthma off.  Yes, I can handle it outside.    So enjoy the memories.

I can just imagine hauling the perfect Christmas tree in the red pickup that you will find in the Farmhouse Christmas.  Plus, Stampin’ Up! makes it easy cutting it out with the Farmhouse Framelits Dies.    Add the Woodland’s Embossing Folder and you have the perfect Christmas card.  This is one card you can make multiples of quickly.

I have a special question below.

Time Is Flying

Have you ever lost track of time?  This particularly happens to me in my studio.  You know are busy creating and making and then you realize it is time for dinner.  For me, it gets worst with a craft show looming and you decide to introduce three new items to the show. Just in case, you are wondering it is the Santa Bottles, trays of Hershey nuggets, and cocoa mugs.  I guess my brain was on overdrive.  However, the holidays will be here before you know it.  So now is the time to plan and create. Maybe with is stamp set.

Anyway, I used a new stamp set that I am finding easy to use.  I used the Farmhouse Christmas stamp set and coordinating framelits dies.   There is not a lot of small cutting with it.  Stampin’ Up! made it easy with the bows because you cut them all out at once.  It is one die.  For farmhouse, it is just a matter of coloring parts of it.  Don’t forget to make another card with the truck.   This scene will make you think about coming home.  For me, it was going back to my grandparent’s house which was very similar in the country.
